Ferolli Optimax HE 31 c boiler not coming on!?

Hello all, I have a Ferolli Optimax HE 31 c boiler and it has stopped working, there are no fault codes, system pressure is at 1 bar but it will not come on. It makes a tapping noise. I searched and found a previous post, (http://www.howtomendit.com/answers.php?id=112446) whereby Mike posted the same question. There was a reply by Geoff who stated that it's the pcb board. Now I just wanted to confirm that this was the answer to Mikes question and that it is also the case for my boiler...

Hello all, it'smee. I have fixed said problem with boiler.
I removed the cover, removed the screw holding the plastic box (pcb enclosure) and lowered it down. I then proceeded to do my tests (wiggling all available wires) I then replaced the box and plugged it in. Hey presto! It came on, til next time...ha! ha!
