Mend DUAL XD7500 Eject Cd Display

DUAL XD 7500 FACE WONT OPEN!?

MY DUAL XD7500 FACE WONT FLIP OPEN TO EJECT CD OR SHOW DISPLAY. IT DOES THIS FROM TIME TO TIME. ALSO IT MAKES THE LITTLE BEEP NOISES WHEN I PUSH THE EJECT BUTTON OR OPEN BUTTON. PLEASE HELP!
