Pioneer builds these systems and has issued a service memo. Contact an aftermarket car audio dealer they should be able to refer you to someone who does repairs. The dealer will want you to replace the unit ($500+).
The mechanism upgrade with labor ran me $150.
I still have an occasional stuck CD and have determined that some brands are more prone than others.
