Mend Dual XD7500 Cd Eject Power

I have a XD7500 Dual CD Player?

I have a XD7500 Dual CD Player and it will not open the face to see the display and will not eject the CD. I have tried to push the power button and shot the car off and turned it back on again. No successful results
