03 renault van 2.2 wont start?

tried to start it ,wont start, found fuel on floor under engine from broke return pipe, fixt it bled system up to injector rail, still wont start, no glow plug light on,checked relay all o.k but no feed to glow plug,red light on dash flashes until u put key in,but when you crank it over it goes out, is that correct , plugged diagnostic in ,it said immoby , cleared code still wont start, help,help help, dont wana take to renault already got a mortgage
