fuel sensor in pump fault ren kangoo 1.9 d y reg?

can the fuel position sensor in my diesel pump be fixed or replaced on my renault kangoo van 1.9 d y reg its a fly by wire type throttle with the sensor in the engine bay and the other in the pump i had it on the diagnostic machine and it indicated the pump sensor the van drives perfect just sometimes when i start it i put my foot on the throttle and it doesnt rev so i switch it off start it again then its fine thanks
