Mend Simpson Esprit 550 Washing Machine Detergent Problem

How can i fix my simpson esprit 550?

My washing machine goes through all the cycles ok, how ever-when i take the clothes out there's still some washing powder that will not wash off...can you tell me why,and what can i do to fix it?????????

i am having a problem with this machine as well. i put the powder in the middle of the agitator but it just clogs, and if i put it straight on the clothes it leaves white marks. i think you have to dissolve the powder in water first then pour on the clothes. terrible machine though!
