If this has a separate control board then check for blown capacitors/resistors. If it runs off the motor control board (the only PCB that's under the cover) then if the cables are pushed in properly then there is a chance you need a new lift motor.

i checked the switch and it apperars to work but the motor does not move or make a sound i checked the switch wuith a volt meter
