Mend Key Lights Work

Treadmill motor won't run?

When the magnetic key is in place. All lights come on. The incline does not work. The fan does not work. The belt motor does not run. The vital statistics seem to work OK.

Any help would be appreciated. Also the best place to get replacement parts would be appreciated.
