how can i get the security code for my peugeot car key?

my car refused to stary after packing it,the next day, i tried to on the ignition and it refused to start. the chassis number of the car is 693762 peugeot 206. how will i be able to get the key code for the car?my blue card is missing. i bought the car as second hand
