Mend Peugeot 406 Car Key Dash

car wont start peugeot 406 estate automatic?

my peugeot 406 automatic estate wont start. When i turn key lights to dash /radio etc come on but car just clicks once,i noticed that interior lights go dim when i turn to try and start but just wont start what could it be

Typical sign of a flat battery. If you can charge the battery, or get a jump start from another vehicle, it may recover. If not, it may need a new battery, or the alternator checked out etc. Check that battery connections are clean & tight, & have not heated up after attempting to start, which would indicate corroded connections.
