tamper battery failure?

Although from my Scantronic 9452 book it might help. If not find phone number for scantronic details below (companies house records don't show phone numbers)
Solution: First check mains current is getting to the control panel. if so try entering the code twice but you still might have to call an engineer.
It also could be the back up battery is knackered and needs replacing.

Alternative just call Scantronic see what they have to say.
