Mend Hotpoint FDW60 Dishwasher Error Code Water Pump

The Eco and fast lights flashing on my hotpoint Aquarius fdw60 dishwasher?

My hotpoint aquarius fdw60 dishwasher starts and heats but it doesn't seem to push the water up into the machine so it can start a wash. It stops completely and The Eco and the fast lights flash. Does anyone know what error these lights are.
