kenwood kdw12sl3a model?

ive had to turn the water inlet off because it just keeps filling up with water run cycle works for 3=4 mins then get e4 code and dishwasher is just over flowing with water help or is it time for a new one and would not buy another kenwood product ever

I would think that the inlet valve is stuck open, might be sort grit from pipes etc, should not be really as they usually have a filter at the inlet. But if no filter, new valve.
