simpson espirit 650?

turn knob wont work on wash first cycle and rinse, no water coming from tap. I have undone hoses and taps work fine when hoses aren't connected. every other cycle on the dial works just no water at all. checked for blockage with hoses okay. I only use cold so I connected the hot and still no water.
