misfiring one 1cylinder?

i brought a van i it broke down 4 i even got it home i have had it in the garage changed the egr valve throttle body cleaned injenctors changed fuel pump and ecu still mis firing on 1 clinder help what could it be astra cdti 2004

could also be head gasket ,coolant leaking into cylinder but not enough to lock it up at this early stage, but enough to prevent combustion.

hate to say this but it sounds like a bent valve ,. compression check is needed, this will rule out top end or indeed piston.or..ring failure ,hard to hear in a diesel .

a compression test would tell you of any engine trouble,if all ok a spill test on the injectors may help if there are fuel issues
