how can i fix my juddering?

hi, my 1.8 zafira will judder now and again sometimes worse than others, have had it at the garage, nothing shows up on computer. spark plugs changed just in case and also have had cleaner in fuel tank and in the engine, throttle body cleaned, inlet manifold has been done,fuel filter was ok and the egr valve has been changed. can anyone help please.
