Mend Hotpoint Aqualtis Flashing Light Washing Machine

Flashing light on washing machine?

I have a hotpoint aqualtis washing machine.

My washing machine shows me flashing lights on the whole panel and doesn't allow me to switch it off...... when i unplugged it and tried to turn it back on .....it doesnt start ..the lights just flash.
