how can i fix my heater on my Peugeot 206 gti?

my heater in my Peugeot 206 gti.[2000] was working fine,then it just cut out.stopped blowing air.its a didgital display and it also has air con. all the fuses have been checked and there ok.i have taken glove box out and removed the blower,the 2 connectors that plug into the blower have no power going 2 them.my brother in law checked them with a power meter .im at my wits end of what to try next. please help me with any info of what to try next.thanks.
