just got this car had roof down twice washed the car now roof will not go down.

Have you followed the instructions in the owners manual?
Have you pulled the blind over in the boot so that it operates the micro-switch on the left hand side?
You haven't flattened the battery have you, by operating the roof continuously without having the engine running?
