Peugeot 206 front seats are too reclined or too upright?

I have a 2003 Peugeot 206 both front seats are too reclined or too upright with nothing in between they were ok until I had a car full and let people in the back

Operate the adjusting handle correctly. Look in your owners handbook. Forwards for access to the rear seats, backwards for seat back angle adjustment.
