Mend Hoover HNC 175 Heater Element

new heater on hoover hnc 175?

how do i remove the heater element as the wire goes inside and not sure how to get to the end of it

Where the wire passes through the rubber grommet pull out the grommet and the wires will will pull back to. you will see they are joined with spade connectors.
just join the new heater to the coresponding wires and refit everything.
