how to replace heater element?

I have a Hoover hcn175 tumble dryer how do I replace the heater element without taking the whole thing apart, please help!!!

Of course I meant the large panel that sticks out a bit. Sorry for any confusion.

You don't have to take the whole machine apart. You only take off the panel at the back (the bit that sticks). This gives you access to the heater cassette.
