Mend Hotpoint WF540 Washing Machine Cycle Filters

hotpoint WF540 ?

The following lights all flash rapidly on my machine, whether it is in use or not.

on/off, final spin, wash enhance, reduce crease, rinse hold, mini load.

The machine still works, sometimes I have to switch it on and off a couple of times to get it to start. There are no lights to indicate which part of the cycle the machine is on though. I have checked the filters and hoses and all is ok. Any ideas?
