Mend Whirlpool Inspirations Washing Filter Pressure

my whirlpool inspirations washer does not fill with cold water?

My whirlpool inspirations washing machine does not fill with cold water and stops at the rinse cycle. I have checked the cold feed and the pressure is good, I have also taken the pipes off and blown through to clear any cloggged filters but it still will not fill. What is the problem?
