Mend Renault Master 35 DCI Battery Starting

My 03 Renault Master 35 DCI will not start?

It has a good battery the red light does not stop flashin at the first click and does not go static until you try to crank the engine.I have tried holding the button down while i crank it but no Joy can someone help please ?
