Mend Vokera Unica HE 28 Boiler House Instructions

Boiler not responding ?

I have just moved into a new house and like many before have no operating instructions for the siemens RdJ10Rf remote, however I have read all entries and it appears that the remote is working as I have a solid green & amber light but the boiler is not responding. The boiler is working as it is suppling hot water. Boiler is Vokera Unica HE 28.
