Mend Hozelock waterbutt pump Water Pump Wrong

Hozelock water butt pump cuts out, what is wrong?

My hozelock waterbutt pump keeps tripping the electrical circuits in the house. I've made sure the plug is dry, replaced the fuse, cleaned all the serviceable workings and it makes no difference. What is the problem and how can I fix it?
