It had been working the load before when I looked it had got stuck with water in it I can open the door so we have emptied it checked pump retried still not working any Idea whats wrong nthing working
Marilyn, sounds like module failure (the electronic module in the bottom of the machine at the back). We stock them between £39.88 - £53.88 plus postage of £6 (exchange). Call us on 0115 9652118 with the module number (9 digit number that starts with 546...)
