Mend JCB 3CX Start Empty Tank

I cannot start my JCB 3CX?

I cannot start my 3cx. Battery condition,ok,starter condition ok. I can start it only if I have empty the hydraulic tank, or detached the hydraulic pump.Any things wrong with my hydraulic system?

Sounds to me like a hydraulic service is stuck on.
Check all control linkages and spools to ensure they're not siezed or sticking.
