Zanussi ZDC 5370 W Cuts out after a few minutes and ideas ?

Hi, I have a Zanussi ZDC 5370 W condenser tumble dryer with a fault. The machine will start to run for a few minutes and then completely stop. The digital display and all the lights on the front control panel go out the machine only comes back to life if you turn it off at the wall.

I am an engineer by trade (machine tools) and have tried the following after seeing various web sites and still the same problem.

1. Cleaned out the condenser and all the filters

2. Checked the water pump that raises the water from the bottom tank, bellow the condenser up to the top take which you empty. Filling the bottom tank with water. The starts the pump and the tank half empties.

3. Checked a sensor in the duct on the front right hand side of the machine, (ref EPCOS K276/4,8k/A5 -10/100°C 124294000) and it gave me (6kohm at room temperature and 2-3kohm after being put in hot water) It does appear that if the machine is started from cold it runs for longer than if it has just failed and then been restarted.

Any help ideas greatfully recived !
