Mend Craftsman 143.XXXXXX Carburetor Engine Fuel

craftsman engen want stay on?

craftsman 6.75 lawn mower engen starts after spraying starting fluid where the filter is, but after working for 5 sec it dies. i took apart the carburater cleand it and flushed the gas tank. i also changed the spak plug i am all out of ideas anything will help the model number starts with 143.

The 143. indicates the engine was made my Tecumseh.
That carb is a real pain. There are no adjustments on it, and it's difficult to get cleaned out properly. That IS your problem. It may be one for the shop.
