how to fix my sagem auxium hd d45f?

My sagem auxium hd d45f tv made a very loud noise while it was on when i looked at the screen there was no picture just a scrambled picture with a few bits of colour,it was also making a humming sound so i turned it off,when i put it back on it was making a noise that sounds like the fan but louder than normal the red light keeps flashing and it does not come on.
I have checked the lamp and it looks normal.
At the time it went off there was a bit of stormy weather about.could this have caused the damage?.
can anybody help me?.
