Green fluorescent patches on screen?

I have a Sharp LC-42SD1E LCD HD TV and it has developed green Fluorescent patches over parts of the screen,other parts are perfect picture. It happens on all input media, ie satelite, normal and digital tv. The set was brand new and is 18 months old. Any ideas and how much roughly to repair?
