how can i fix my dryer on a zanussi zwd12270w washer dryer?

my dryer is not heating up .... well when you run the dryer the top of machine gets hot .... the drum turns etc but no heat is getting into the drum .... can you help ????????

your vent that lets the lent out is pluged up or your fan that makes the air go out is bad

remove the top.looking from the front look at the back right corner there is a fan.if you remove that you will find a condenser (plastic tank piece).these get blocked with fluff and they stop the air flow in to the drum.flush and clean it out
