Miele Premier Plus Novotronic W504 Rinse light flashing?

The machine will wash with no load but with even a light load the rinse light flashes on as soon as the drum starts to turn. I managed to do a full heat wash with soda this morning. After cleaning all the filters and drainage tubes, it now drains and rinse light flashes as soon as the drum turns.
I have had a problem for a while where towels have had to have an extra rinse because they are still soapy even with little detergent added.
The only filter I can see is on the bottom left, is there another filter?
