Mend Zanussi ZWF142S Washing Machine Drum Rinse Cycle

Zanussi ZWF142S drum not turning during cycle?

My zanussi washing machine's drum is not turning during cycle, but turns manually both ways. Tried rinse cycle and machine filled, counted down but nothing happens as drum does not go round. water drains out. Any suggestions.

Turned out to be carbon brushes on motor which we've replaced and all is fine now. Thanks for your help.

carbon brushes worn out in the motor or the belt snapped, if not these pcb faulty. Cheers
