the preasure is normal at all times just this constance drip from theo utside ubend pipe

pressure relief valve passing/leaking
does this only happen when CH on?
has system been overpressurized recently?
whats the pressure gauge read when system cold?
whats the pressure gauge read when system hot?
sounds like your pressure relief valve needs replacing
& expansion vessel needs checking [possibly recharging]
