Mend Ryobi PLT2543Y Carburetor Spark Plug

how can i fix my non starting ryobi plt2543y ?

i have changed the spark plug, renewed fuel and checked mix ratio but it wont start i thing its the carb ajusters but cant find what position they neeed to be at
