Mend Phillips TS2554C107 Tv Switch Picture

how can I fix my Phillips Magnavox TS2554C107?

my TV turn off immediately after turning it on. How can I fix that problem? I do not think it is the on off switch. Could it be a resistor on the picture tube socket board. Please help. It is a Phillips Magnavox, 25 inch, model TS2554C107.

I had the same problem with my TS2554C107 and the resistor looked burnt, so that's probably what it is.
