how can i fix my tv (technika lcd32-407B )?

hi i have similar problem,when first plugged in my tv
will not turn on and the red on standby light will not iluminate.but after a hour or so the standby light comes on ,after that the tv will function perfect for as long as it is connected to the electric.
when it is disconnected form electric i have to do the same process again. i have replaced the above capacitors, and it will now switch on within 5 mins
can you tell what other items my need replacing?
can you help please

Replace C501, 503, 504, 506, 507 & 509 on the PSU pcb, they are under the heatsink on the RHS, the edge with the multiple connectors on.
You may well find these, or some of them bulging at the top.
Simply replace with good quality devices.
