How can I fix Hoover HNL842?

My machine wont spin/drain properly. All else works but some programmes take literally hours! Is that correct. Filter is clear but water remains in drum. Spin cycle is like slow wash programme, no spinning. If I sent to drain nothing happens at all. Help
