how can i fix my samsung sr-s2028 fridge/freezer?

hi dave do you have any little segments on display lit ?? ... if so you may have ice maker fault that normaly knocks the whole appliance out - but leaves the inside lights on

I just followed the instructions above, holding the two top buttons on the LCD display down for 20 seconds, and it worked. Thanks. Just hope I can get the tempertures to go to the right setting now.

hold down the top two buttons on the lcd display for 20 seconds untill it all works again hope this helps
