hw to fix my samsung american style F/Freezer?

hello if you have a rs21 or srs2026/28 model ..

we looked around for help on this and found there a guy on you tube

they not only show videos of the problem and how to fit parts etc , they also sell the repair kits for models

they also sell all samsung spares at discount rates ,
thay are samsung agents so i guess they know what the are doing ,

we bought the RS21 samsung fridge freezer problems kit and fitted within 1 hour , although we had switched our fridge freezer of the night before - as recomended .

we had to call their samsung engineer a coupleof times just to make sure we were doing repair correct - he always asnwered and was very patieint whilst explaining what to do ..

we went with this co not just for price but the full after sales re tech help etc .

have a look at guy on youtube , he has a view good videos on samsung fridge freezer problems ..

type in samsung fridge freezer in youtube , you will find him .. he is very good at advise if you look his mobile no is under some of the videos ..
