Mend Frister Rossman Cub 4 Machine Sew Tension

free manual for my Frister Rossman Cub 4?

Where can I get a free manual for my machine I can't get it to sew. I neen the settings for tension, threading etc so I can troubleshoot the problem. I has been sewing perfectly til I cleaned it?????? what have I done wrong Please help this OAP who is going mad.
