Mend Frister Rossman Cub 3 Apart Hand Bottom

Frister Rossman cub 3 - How to take it apart?

I'd like to take off the right hand plate. There is a screw on the bottom but the plate seems to be fixed at the top. How can I take this plate off to clean and oil. I also believe something has fallen inside.

iff i recall correctly you will have to remove two screws on top and then another two that hold side cover
