how can i get my fruit machine to work?

Hi i have just got myself a red gaming fruit machine and when i switch it on all there is are four green lights and a red light inside the panel, the name of it is aftershock can anybody tell me what the problem is with it, i would be very grateful if anyone can help.

punch the person you got it off and get your money back?? lol sorry.. most fruit machones have like a data box you could try looking for that and resetting or try and find a reset button or code for the machine that should do the trick..
