Mend Indesit Clothes Machine Draining

Indesit damaged drum catching clothes?

I have an Indesit machine that has slightly damaged 2 draining holes on the drum that are catching clothes causing holes - most annoying. Is there anything that we can cover the holes with that will withstand usage whilst not damaging any more clothes - thought we had a mouse!

you can tap these backwards using a ballpein hammer, if you havent one buy a medium sized one in a hardware shop you will probably need it again as you are not checking pockets before loading your machine
