low air pressure bedford tl 7.5 ton?

air does not build up on red gauge ( 1 bar max ) but builds up to full pressure on white gauge quite fast, does not seem to be leaking, and holds air when turned off

do you have full pressure in the air tanks ??? if so may be a faulty gauge ...if 1 air tank has no or little air ..then check 4 way protection valve
