Bedford TL how much oil is needed?

I have an old Bedford TL which I have just brought, I want to change the oil but dont know how much to put in. Can anyone help?

Bedford Bedford TL Vehicles, Lorries/Trucks Tl Much Oil

Just drain the old oil out and estimate how much comes out, re-fill engine, run till oil light goes out, stop engine and top up to max mark.
